Gorgeous log cabin on Mitchell Lake just a few miles south of Ely! This cabin is part of an operating resort and is managed by the resort to keep it busy with tourists for most of the season. The resort takes care of managing it, booking it, cleaning it, etc. The owner of the cabin is allowed to use the cabin a certain number of weeks during the 13 week peak season, and a certain number of weeks in the non-peak season. It is a seasonal cabin and gets shut down and winterized in the late fall and winter. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, and has an open floor plan. There is a classic stone wood burning fireplace in the living room, and a screened in porch on the entire front of the cabin that faces the lake. One bedroom is in the back of the cabin, and one is up front facing the lake. You have your own private dock right in front of your cabin. As part of the resort, you get to use the big sand beach, sauna, playground, and there is also a classic lodge building there with on-site managers. Great way to own a lake cabin here in the Ely area with it generating cash flow all summer and you come up to use and enjoy it on your pre-arranged weeks! The lake is quiet and has good fishing. --
