Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises of the condo or The Mercer complex. [SI]
