The kitchen has a gas stove, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and an island. It is open to the the great room. The great room has a fireplace and built in bookcases, and opens to a large and private screened porch. Wood floors throughout downstairs, except the formal living room, which is newly carpeted.The backyard is totally fenced, with wood fencing on the sides, and see through fencing at the back, for a view of the woods. There is also a patio a few steps down at ground level, which can hold a grill, seating, and/or table.
Upstairs has a small landing/loft area with windows, which could hold a desk or seating. At one side of the landing is the enormous master suite, with closet large enough to brag about. Master bath has a separate shower, garden tub, dual sinks, linen closet, and private commode area. On the opposite of the landing is a huge bedroom with adjoining sitting room which could be used in many ways. There is also a large walk-in closet. Down the hallway is a full bath, and two more bedrooms, and a large linen closet.
The entire carpeted area is new, installed 4-17, and the wood floors downstairs is in good shape. The garage has a very large built-in loft storage over the entire parking area, and the driveway has space to park 4 cars. Exterior was painted in 2016. The owner has priced this to sell, and you'll appreciate the effort they've made to keep it in great shape! It is just a block from the pool, playground and tennis courts. Community amenities are great, and besides the aforementioned, it also has 3 docks with access to the river, and a large field where neighborhood activities are held. Flatscreen tv in great room does not convey. Don't wait to see this one.
