Privacy Wall - Posts are 4"x4" square steel tubing with a 4 foot deep pier foundation, poured footer cap, anchors & 3/8" threaded grade #8 threaded steel rod. Each panel is made of pressure treated 2"x4", sealed with black stain with Rhino decking for the fence panel on top and imported split black granite for the bottom.

Rear Fencing - West side is 6' commercial etched vinyl installed by Williamson Fencing Great Falls. East side is cedar & was initially installed by Fairfield Fence/Dennis Vroman in 2005. Posts were replaced by Williamson Fencing in 2017.

Sheds - The Oxblood colored shed in back yard from Montana Sheds, Great Falls in 2012+/-. White shed was on property when purchased in 2001. Pad by white shed inside fence has electrical stubbed up. Was location of a Green House which was damaged in a hailstorm, removed & never replaced.

Garage - Oversized 2 car garage, insulated (ceiling is double insulated), gas furnace heated and partially sheet rocked. Electric service in garage updated to 100 Amp. Newer OH garage door openers & remotes.

Rear Landscaping - Rock borders are split faced blocks black/tan/gray. Landscaping was done by Seller. Tree in back by garage is a Linden (22 yrs old +/-). Tree by patio is Chinese Red Maple (25 yrs old +/-). Bushes back by white shed are Weeping Caragana (18 yrs old +/-). West side trees are Colorado Blue Spruce (10 yrs old +/-).
