This is a testament to how much the neighbors truly love this little stretch of townhouses located right before Little Oak Island on the way to Folly Beach. Back downstairs the sunroom hosts great storage and a laundry room. Glass doors make the view to the low country open and inviting. There is a large deck that expands the width of the property and is a great place to enjoy the salt air and views. The roll out awning is also a nice feature for those looking for a little shade. The last unique point about this property is the PRIVATE DOCK. Most of these properties have shared docks. Not the case here! So there you have it... several really good reasons to not buy a waterfront property anywhere else until you see this one... Here is another... There are no covenants and restrictions...
