The A/C is 1 year old, roof is 5 years old. There was no flooding from the recent hurricanes. There is Laminate flooring throughout and tile in the bathrooms and Florida Room. Check out the awesome new "locked" mailbox. This home has high ceilings so it feels very open. There is no HOA and a parking pad on the side of the house and behind a fence for a large boat or RV, there is an RV hookup installed on the side of the home. Gutters around the home and a rain collector barrel. In front of the RV/Boat parking pad, you have a large 15x10 Shed and outside shower. Some minor furniture pieces with remain with home.
