The back yard is a dream and a wonderful stay-cation spot. The fully fenced 1/2 acre lot backs up to a 1.5Acre pond; only a few of the residence in this neighborhood have access to the pond. The traditional living and dining room are nice size for entertaining. The house seems so much larger because of the highly developed exterior living spaces. The not-so-glamorous, expensive, work has been done on this house. This quiet neighborhood is very close to Avon Commons and Rt.90.
