Window replacement with high efficiency in kitchen and both bedrooms; aluminum outside casement on all windows; all 1st floor closets updated with Elfa shelving system. 2007: remodeled living room including repair of plaster walls and ceiling, paint, strip and finish hardwood floors, added recessed can lights and track lighting, new electric and new blinds; ceiling fan ready; new windows on the south wall; installed a 2nd Sony surround sound system with built in speakers. 2013: completely gutted and remodeled the entire kitchen, installed new lighting and electric to include LED can lights in the ceiling, halogen fixture above the dining table, LED under cabinet lights, new dedicated electric line for the dishwasher and garbage disposal; all new Craftmaid cabinets, soft close with pull-out drawers; quartz counter tops, tiled, new floor, stainless steel appliances to in include stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
