The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
