While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.
Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined) and an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay, collected separately. Emotional support animals may also incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for an additional fee.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking or parties are allowed, and no outside guests are permitted without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
