Lovely Location for this 2 bedroom Camp with sleeping porch! Large Living Room w/ Fireplace. Great water front! 2 car detached garage. Nice lot 250' deep per deed description. ROW description for length is an estimate and for the width- The first part according to the deed is 20' wide and when it turns the corner it becomes 15' wide. Camp faces West with lovely sunsets and nice view of the lake. Because it is the next to the last house off this ROW and it sits way off the road it offers a setting that is likely to have less traffic than many. Water comes from the lake however there is a dug well on the property that has not been used for many years and which the condition is unknown. Someone could look into whether it has potable water in it. 1/2 bath in garage is great for when you are having gatherings. Being sold furnished excluding a few personal items.
