Tampering with the camera may result in reservation cancellation. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, with a fee of $50 per hour for overstaying. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and flushing foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited.
