Street parking is available free of charge, but be mindful of alternate side parking regulations, which vary by street and day of the week.

The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for overage. You cannot receive mail at this address, so please consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in good condition, with all dishes washed and trash disposed of properly.
