The location is also a short walk to Starbucks, McDonald's, and River City Restaurant, and a short walk or ride to Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center.
Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. All pools will be closed from December 8–24, 2025. The city is currently working on the ocean pipes, which may result in noise at certain times. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the approval before booking.
