Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities at the main house on the premises with advance notice. Private parking is available, and up to two small dogs are allowed upon approval, but no cats.

The chalet features steep stairs to the second-level sleeping area, so please inquire if you have any concerns. Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Form and House Terms and Lease within 24 hours of booking, including a government ID. The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age and physically staying at the property, responsible for all guests. A house guidebook and manual will be provided electronically.
Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the house, making it easy to keep in touch while on vacation. Guidebooks for Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon, and hiking are provided, along with board games for all ages.
