It comes furnished (disregard the vacant look of the pics) with a bed, couch, dining table, and other essentials—just no television. You’ll also have access to a shared washer and dryer located in a separate exterior unit. Driveway parking is included, and we handle all landscaping.

Pets are welcome! We allow dogs and cats with a $400 pet deposit ($200 of which is nonrefundable).

No smoking is allowed. A background check and proof of income will be required.
