Two blocks to Venice Beach, 5 min walk to Venice Pier, Venice boardwalk and Washington Blvd with all the shops, restaurants and attractions. 10 min walk to the famous Muscle Beach. 10 min walk to the bars and restaurants at Venice Pier.
10 min walk to the famous Abbot Kinney Blvd., Santa Monica. Watch beautiful sunsets on the beach. Walk on the beach. Play basketball.
