As of February 2021

Great location so close to Sacred Heart University but I a total diamond in the rough and need extensive renovation. The roof has been leaking for awhile and caused extensive damage throughout the home and we have only had limited access to see the extent of damage. There is extensive mold damage throughout and we have not had clear views of basement, flooring, and all areas. Buyer will have to put in offer sight unseen, and the high bidder will be allowed access after signed the documents waivers and see if they want to continue. We have not found the oil tank it is supposed to be inside the home but again we have no view. Buyer will also be responsible for all debris removal. The photos on line have good photos but buyer must assume this is total gut job and then repair. All utilities have been turned off. This is as is where is.
