This home should be seen to be appreciated. For the past ten years this lovely home has been updated from top to bottom. The kitchen was expanded in size with the addition of new maple cabinets, slate countertops/backsplash, new flooring, new appliances, a walk-in pantry, and recessed lighting. French doors replaced sliding glass doors that lead to an upgraded covered patio. At the same time the two bathrooms upstairs were upgraded with new cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets and lighting. Shortly after, new interior doors and hardware were installed, the original ''popcorn'' ceiling was removed and the complete interior was painted. In 2008 the exterior was upgraded with a new roof (the old material was completely stripped off), new dual pane, high energy windows, and a new Trane air conditioning system (14 seer, variable speed with pump with a ten year warranty). Right after, this home was painted and new sunscreens and backyard gates were added. Along the way additional work has been addressed - a new water heater in 2007, and most recently new dishwasher was installed, the garage door opener was replaced and the garage door was rebuilt.
