It can be heated or chilled, depending on the temperature outside. No-paint composite/hardwood decking, Ipe handrails, stainless steel cables. The grill is connected directly the propane gas valve. The shower on deck features body sprays, a foot wash and hand-held sprayer. The decor is done for you; the walls around the pool are covered in custom Spanish tile that replicates antique Spanish carpets. It's a soothing visual from the kitchen, which includes a Bertazzoni 6 gas burner dual fuel range with 2 electric ovens and a built-in griddle. There's an externally vented stainless Bertazzoni hood. Yards of quartz counter tops and waterfall edge counter at the eating bar/work surface make this a chef's dream. Wash up or prep from the farm sink plus another sink on the pantry/refrigerator side. Also useful are a built-in drawer microwave and plenty of soft-close drawers and cabinets. The quartz imitates an oyster shell in the sand and runs up the wall behind the range. The lighting is stunning and plentiful overhead, under counter and built-in LED that can mirror the color you choose for the pool lights or stay soft or bright white. Imagine showing your team colors on game day and theme your events and holidays; green, red, purple, blue, yellow, turquoise and everything in between. Other details in the main room include a ship-lap accent wall and steel support cables traversing the ceiling. There's lots of natural light, too with windows all around where you'll enjoy the foliage in every direction.
The master bedroom and bath are conveniently located on the main level and include a large, walk-in shower with body sprays, rain head and hand held spray, elegant soaking tub, Japanese bidet-type toilet with a myriad of features, separate vanities with lighted mirrors, under-mount sinks, a programmable heated tile floor and heated towel bars. The retro glass block for natural light was saved from the original structure.
Mid-level, (up 6 steps,) you'll find a spacious laundry room with super capacity washer and dryer, (think beach towels!), a second refrigerator, stainless laundry sink with industrial-type sprayer, built-in cabinets, storage and a heated towel or laundry dryer. It's located across from the office which has built-in cabinets, ceiling fan and under counter light.
Also on this level is another large family room with a custom tile wall surrounding a modern gas fireplace with in-line flame and lined with glass beads. A television is mounted above the fireplace for a cozy place to relax and watch a movie. There's a powder room conveniently located here, just inside the door from the screened family room and steps from the pool. The screened family room is everyone's favorite room; high, cove ceiling, recessed dimmable lights, large fans and room for a sectional sofa for watching a show or the news, a large space for dining and a great place for a workout. Currently there's an exercise bike and during the quarantine there were weights, kettle bell, mats and bands for a full body workout. From here enjoy the view of the pool, the trees and yard.
