No parties, gatherings, loud music, or smoking are allowed at the property. The use of drugs, including marijuana and other substances, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed to stay at this property, and any extra guest will be charged a fee of $45. Any property damage will be charged to the guest. If the property is left extremely dirty, an additional cleaning fee will apply. The penalty fee for lost keys is $175. The penalty fee for unauthorized early check-in or late checkout is $300. Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
