Very attractive home! It is on the S/E corner lot of Plaza del Amo and Gramercy. So it gets some traffic. This part of Gramercy is a stunningly beautiful cul-de-sac with massive and beautiful old trees whose branches sometimes touch over the middle of the street. Ever seen "Tree Tunnel" on Kuaui?
