Very attractive home! It is on the S/E corner lot of Plaza del Amo and Gramercy. So it gets some traffic. This part of Gramercy is a stunningly beautiful cul-de-sac with massive and beautiful old trees whose branches sometimes touch over the middle of the street. Ever seen "Tree Tunnel" on Kuaui? House has great bones and amenities. It's certainly livable now but ripe for a remodel of the kitchen and baths. Kitchen is spacious with access to the large master suite w/private back (the 3rd bedroom). This bedroom is very large with wood covered cathedral ceilings, a massive stone fireplace and access to the back yard. It's just off the kitchen and would also make a perfect family room. Is thus used you'd have a 2-bedroom, 2-bath with family room. Other 2-bedrooms are on the smaller side. Patio off back bedroom/family provides concrete walk to the double detached garage swith alley access. When you see it you might say, as I did, "Gosh a white picket fence around the front yard would totally frame this and make it even more attractive" There's runnin' room for kids or a dog on a grassy side yard between the garage and concrete block wall near the sidewalk. Not much for sale right now...
