There is an ample dining area to the left and toward the back half of the space is a lies a very comfortable living room that is coastal casual chic with fresh paint throughout, plenty of windows and abundant natural light. There are two good sized bedrooms, a remodeled full bath, and an attached half bath with laundry (could be converted into a shower by future owner). All of these rooms share cork floors. The west bedroom leads to a small sundeck out the back of the house which could be expanded upon in the future. The yard below is level and cleared leading to woods at the back of the property. The septic was replaced and moved to the south side of the house in 2003, so there should be plenty of room for a pool in the back yard. The house sits on a private and wooded X flood zone lot (no flood insurance!), with plenty of live oaks and sound buffering from the surrounding woods to the east and west of the home. The overall condition of the home is excellent. The owners have taken great care of this property over the years, updating as they went along. The upgrades are too numerous to list.
