There is a full bath on the main with a walk-in shower and a second full bath downstairs. The fence separates the entire parcel from everything else giving you the glorious feeling of privacy in your own gated oasis. All of the appliances are less then 5 yrs old and the heating and air unit was replaced in 2018. There is a water filtration system that was installed in 2018 and it is serviced yearly by Aquaclear. There is a lifetime warranty with Wildlife Excursions on the roof system that prevents wildlife from entering and the pest control company is on a quarterly plan. Surprisingly there is a large flat area of grass on the side of the home and the other side has enough concrete to park at least ten cars or more. Lastly, there is also a very unique boat launching setup with a railing system that dives deep into the waters but this system does need some repair as it hasn't been used in quite some time.
