When they first saw 25 Hillside, they knew.  It was the perfect spot for their first home.  Easy access to the highway and city, a nice level yard, across the street from a school with a playground. Walking trails along the Charles River were nearby.  The floorplan was open; it had hardwood floors, all of the bedrooms were on the second floor.  There were three bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, and the finished basement was the bonus space they had hoped for but weren't sure they'd get.  The first-floor laundry room was a pleasant, unexpected bonus.  It had updates and was well cared-for without being devoid of character.  This home has been all they could have hoped for and more.
