There may be some potential for noise from neighboring units. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. A laptop computer is not included.
