No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch.
