Utilities include are WiFi, water, gas, electric, sewer, and trash. Room can come either furnished or not furnished up to you. I also have a new spa/hot tub that I will consider including in rental (see pics)

House is off the Redwood exit and only 5min from Target, Safeway, restaurants, Kaiser Permanente, ect. 8min from Downtown Vallejo and Ferry Terminal. Washer and dryer on property. The house has a 60in Flat Screen TV with Bose 5.1 surround sound in living room, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a view of the Vallejo valley, new hardwood floors, new paint, and a beautiful backyard garden sanctuary with a relaxing rear patio.
Security deposit is $1099 so it’s $2200 total to move in. Will entertain 3 month or 6 month lease to start.
