Smoking indoors is not allowed, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke in the house. Pets are not allowed, and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of a pet is found. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 6:00. Check-in and check-out times are specified in the house manual or booking confirmation. Late check-out without approval may incur a fee of $40 per hour if it interferes with the next guest's check-in time.
