Maximum occupancy is up to 9 guests with no unregistered guests or groups of more than 4 unrelated adults. The triple bunk bed is designed for children or guests under 200 lbs. Parking is available only on the gravel directly in front of the home. No smoking or vaping is allowed due to fire hazards. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed without prior host approval. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, depending on availability. Pets must be kept on the main floor only, crated if left alone, and a blanket should be brought for furniture if pets will be joining there. Control barking, especially during quiet hours, and clean up pet waste and dispose of it outside. Guests will be responsible for repair costs if parking rules are not followed.
