A new pier is currently under construction near the property, expected to continue through some time in 2026, which may cause occasional noise or limited access to certain areas. The city is also working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. For same-day late check-ins, approval from the host is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than six people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may lead to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Late check-out will incur a penalty starting from $500.
Upgraded internet with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs makes it perfect for remote work from the beach. A laptop computer is not included.
