This is one of the largest oceanfront 1BR condos on the Grand Strand - as big as many 2BR condos. There are only two units like this in the resort. Excellent rental history but would also make a great second home. Spacious floor plan with a large oceanfront balcony, full kitchen, roomy oceanfront living room, and a bumped out addition to the bedroom. The floor plan is included with the pictures. Nicely upgraded interior with granite kitchen counter tops, LVP flooring in living areas and bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Beautifully furnished. The owners upgraded the unit in 2020 with LVP, new paint, all new appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal), new blackout draperies/valences, all new case goods (living, dining and bedroom) and new shaker kitchen cabinets and backsplash. In 2022, the HVAC was replaced by a new Carrier system which has been regularly serviced twice a year. New washer/dryer in 2023. New living room sofa and chair in 2023 as well. Carolinian Beach Resort is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, close to The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadwayat the Beach, The Skywheel, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Walk to restaurants, shops, and much more. HOA fee includesinterior electric, water/sewer, internet, cable. Insurance is assessed separately.
