A new pier is currently under construction near the property, expected to continue through some time in 2026. While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No pets are allowed, with any violation incurring a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
