Renter pays for all utilities...water, electric. No smoking allowed on property. Small dogs allowed with a 500.00 non-refundable deposit. Property must be kept mowed and edged. The property has an irrigation system and in the summer it needs to be watered 2x a week. I am easy to work with and flexible.
I maintain the property and resolve issues within the day for repairs.
I take good care of my renters as long as they take care of the property.
