All tenants who will be living in the unit need to fill out a rental application and each one of the tenants must have one of their parents fill out a cosigner application. Cosigner application must be filled completely on both sides and get it notarized. We also need a copy of the tenant’s id.
There is a $40 application fee for each applicant. You can pay the fee through Zelle. If possible, bring the package to the open house to have a priority.
