If this is not the nicest condo in Egret Run I'd like to see the one that beats it. Beautiful, real hardwood floors throughout the entire home except bathrooms which have ceramic tile. These floors have been perfectly kept and are just like new. The kitchen has stunning black granite counters. The owner has installed a central vacuum system for ease of cleaning. They made great use of it because the home is spotless. Fireplace in living room. The entire 3 bedroom 2 bath condo has been professionally painted including the closets which are often overlooked. The screen porch is quiet and overlooks the back side of the parking lot and neighboring pool. The community pool has recently been improved with new fencing and brick pavers around the entire deck. If you are looking for a large condo in Pawley's Island you will not find a nicer more updated unit for this awesome price. Simply can't beat it. Out of the front door and sitting in a beach chair in less than 10 minutes! Egret Run is surrounded by top shelf restaurants and some of the best golf in South Carolina.
