From the survey: "The tract is being accessed by a 9 feet wide gravel drive across the West adjoining tract. There is also an electrical line at the North side of the drive servicing the tract. This is the 25 feet wide easement. The cemetery is shown at the physical location. There would also be public access for the cemetery. The home encroaches South 11 feet. There is also a well and fence South of the house." The survey is attached as a supplemental document. The seller has received letters/notices of a hearing regarding an unsafe property from the Delaware County Building Commissioner. The hearing is scheduled for March 18, 2024.
