House will need roof repairs or a new roof. Second and third floor heating has not been used in several years. All kitchens and baths need a complete overhaul. Third floor was heated with gas space heater and gas on gas stove, but original coal furnace still remains in basement and will need to be removed. Lots of hardwood floors, nice woodwork and large rooms. Vinyl sided exterior. All separate utilities. House will not pass any FHA appraisal. A complete redo, but a great value!
