Parking is available for just $20 per night, only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Washing machines and dryers are available at a cost of $0.75. The pool is only open from May to September from Memorial Day to Labor Day and access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered and if you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for an extra supplement.

Within half a mile, you'll find the Courthouse and Clarendon Metro stops, providing easy access to public transportation. Additionally, Arlington Blvd offers straightforward road access to all Potomac River bridges.
Building check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations including smoking or any other prohibited activities, excessive damage exceeding $300 per stay, automobile damage, or personal items. Additional charges include a $250 replacement fee for lost FOB/access cards, $200–$300 for lost parking tags, a $300 fine for violations of the no-smoking policy, and a $300 fine for hosting unauthorized gatherings. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space, display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror, and do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
