The fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations including smoking or any other prohibited activities, excessive damage exceeding $300 per stay, automobile damage, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards and parking tags, smoking inside, and parties on the property. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. The centralized HVAC system operates seasonally, with heating available from October 15th to May 1st, and air conditioning from May 15th to October 1st. A brief guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents and guests.
