The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. A fine of $300 will be charged for smoking inside or hosting unauthorized gatherings. A $250 replacement fee will be charged for lost FOB/access cards, as charged by the building.
