This structure does capture and slow down runoff water from a number of different farm units and valleys above this location, does help stop soil erosion during extreme weather events. Pond location is wrapped by wooded hillsides. Building potential was reviewed before survey work. This playground for wildlife offers a clean pallette for your New Estate / dream home location. Just 5 miles from Decorah, 1.5 miles off of Hwy 9. Has potential for additional wildlife foodplots and shelter belts or utilize as rotational grazing tracts. Pond was planned for fish habitat and structures included within the design to promote raising game fish.
