There is additional dining in the breakfast nook in the kitchen with a door and screen door leading out to the covered deck. Master bedroom has coffered ceiling, & private door to covered deck. Master en suite has been completely remodeled removing a sunken tub and replacing with full tile walk in shower and glass door. New double sink vanity, new cabinets and tower cabinet with granite countertops. Toilet is separate room. Storage cabinets were added next to walk in closet. There are 2 more bedrooms and guest bath on the main floor. Basement has a huge family room with walk out door and view out windows, wood burning fireplace with blower (seller has added a wood door for when not in use), large built in entertainment center and wet bar (full size refrigerator in wet bar stays). There is a new hidden cabinet along the wall that was built to house a ping pong table (ping pong table and pool table does not stay). A 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom is in the basement along with a large storage room. A circuit breaker to the house was added to use a generator. Wonderful covered deck overlooks the south side of the property with a view of the pond. There is a chicken coop fenced behind the detached garage that is negotiable. Detached garage is huge with high ceilings, cabinets and countertops all along the back wall and a full shower and bathroom and has electricity added off the power line pole. Front handicap ramp stays but not rubber step. There is a fire pit down by the pond. There are apricot, cherry, apple and pecan trees and blackberry and raspberry bushes.
