Assessor says that this is a 1 bedroom home, but there are two rooms that could be used as bedrooms. Seller has replaced many of the floor joists & most of the subfloor. He also replaced the sewer pipe from the home to the sewer main in the street. He's also done various other improvements to the home. The roof is metal, and, as far as the seller knows, doesn't leak. The assessor says that the home was built in 1950, but seller believes it was built in the 1920s. There's a detached one-car garage to the side of the house and a long driveway which allows plenty of room for parking.
