It is difficult to find condos with slips this large but don't worry, if you have a smaller boat the hoist is set up with a loading ramp that makes getting on a breeze. Everything has been updated: quality tile and carpet, new cabinets, granite, tile backsplash, lighting, appliances, tile showers, even the vanities were replaced.
