LEASE TERMS
De La Bahia is an active 55 and over community, at least one occupant must be at 55 or older
There is a $100 application fee that is non-refundable, condo board approval needed to move in.
Minimum rental term is 3 months, Maximum rental term offered is 12 months, with possibility of extension
Monthly rent included $50 of electric usage, any additional monthly electric usage will be deducted from security deposit. Owner will give update on usage amount when requested, or as part of final accounting at end of lease.
