Second, to the interior...They totally renovated the kitchen with new appliances and counter tops. They installed new plumbing fixtures to both bathrooms and added tile to the shower. The property has a 1,500 gallon cistern that has never run dry. The home is wired and ducted for HVAC, but current owners use 3 window units to cool. They have AT&T Uverse for cable and WiFi.Very secluded lot with no homes ever to be built to the west. Even though the home sits on the Intracoastal Waterway, during extreme low tides it could be difficult to get your boat out (depending on size of boat) A great value...only accessible by boat.
