This home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking adventures, complete with stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and plenty of counter space. The tastefully furnished living room offers a cozy modern appeal with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight, while the dedicated dining room provides a restaurant-like feel with seating for eight guests.
Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage, on neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.
Welcome to Corinth! Located in Denton County north of Lake Lewisville, Corinth is approximately 20 miles north of downtown Dallas. The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is conveniently located 15 miles southwest of Corinth, about a 20-minute drive. With excellent highway access, you can easily make your way into Dallas. Explore nearby attractions like the Old Alton Bridge, Denton Community Market, and Lake Lewisville, or venture into Dallas for more noteworthy attractions.
Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. Please do not leave it unattended. Towels are provided, but you may bring your own pool towels if desired.
