Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. If a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Noise levels exceeding 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement.
