We are looking for a good fit as we already have 4 dogs and enjoy the relaxed seclusion. The property has been in the family for many years and has recently been heavily renovated on both sides. I am a 48 year old man who works in the weapon industry from home largely and my fiancé and step son, with my daughter part time, live with. We have four animals.. a female American Bully, an older male French Bulldog and two male Mini Bully Exotics that are puppies. All dogs are friendly and kind hearted. We renovated the right side, looking at the duplex, moved in to it and then renovated the left side and is the side for rent. There are brand new high efficiency, commercial boilers and tankless water heaters, new bathrooms, paint throughout and many other bonuses with the upgrades. We are open to discussion but ultimately would like to rent to a couple and because there are already 4 animals and the apartment has been all gone through pets will probably not be an option. There is plenty of off road parking and the property offers a very secluded feel back from the main road. As many bonuses as this situation comes with living in close quarters means it is especially important that the fit is right. To recap to be clear the rent will be $2,000 a month and there is a $2,000 deposit. Propane is the heat source and that and electric, as well as any cable is the responsibility of the new tenants. Please understand that we are trying to help someone out while also making the best choice for both sides to move forward with a good living arrangement for both. We are working towards ripping and replacing the porch itself as well as redoing the back yard for a better hang out/fire pit spot than what originally was so yes, more upgrades are expected on top of all that has been accomplished.
