To ensure your comfort and the smooth operation of the HVAC system, keep the AC set above 68 degrees and the heater below 78 degrees. Hosting events, gatherings, or parties is not permitted without prior approval from the host. Approved events will incur an additional fee. This is a smoke-free property. There will be a $400 fine for any smoking inside the property. Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If these guidelines are not followed, your reservation may be subjected to cancellation without refund.
