There are no parties, events, pets, or smoking allowed inside the house. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Only toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet to avoid clogs. The hardwood flooring is original and very expensive to repair, so no sharp heels or stilettos are allowed. Renters must be 25 years or older for insurance purposes.
